From Newcastle Railway Station and coach terminal, it is just 250 metres to the Queens Wharf Ferry Terminal to catch the 2 minute ferry ride across to Stockton.

Traveling by road from Sydney:

1. Exit at the end of the Sydney- Newcastle Freeway, turning right at the roundabout.
2. Then 1 km further on, turn right on to the New England Highway and follow this through Hexham and Sandgate.
3. Turn left on to the Industrial Highway at Mayfield West, then turn first left at the traffic lights into Tourle St.
4. Follow this to Stockton Bridge and turn right immediately at the end of the bridge into Fullerton St.
5. Follow Fullerton St into Stockton, turn left into Mitchell St near the Ferry Quay. See map below.

Traveling by road from the North Coast:

1. 20 kms south of Karuah, at Heatherbrae turn left on to Masonite Rd at roundabout follow till the end.
2. Turn left onto Cabbage Tree Rd follow till the roundabout.
3. Turn right at the roundabout onto Nelson Bay Rd .
4. Follow Nelson Bay Rd south to Fullerton Cove and turn left, just before Stockton Bridge, into Fullerton St.
5. Follow Fullerton St into Stockton, turn left into Mitchell St near the Ferry Quay. See map below.
